Bruno Dos Reis

Psychologist in psychotherapy training FSP

Naturally curious, he enjoys to observe and understand what surrounds him. Very early on, he developed a passion for personal development, the psychic functioning of human beings, but also for travel, nature and diversity. Enriched by an atypical career path, it is after a few years in the field of new technologies that he directs his interest towards human sciences. Bruno became an FSP psychologist by obtaining a Master’s degree in Integrative Clinical Psychology from the University of Geneva and is currently following a postgraduate course in Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapy (CBT). Based on a collaborative, authentic and benevolent alliance, his follow-up is mainly dedicated to an adult population experiencing psycho(patho)logical difficulties or suffering. His support aims, among other things, at understanding and resolving the difficulties encountered, a better knowledge of oneself with the aim of promoting autonomy, achieving serenity, balance, well-being and quality of life. To achieve this, Bruno is particularly inspired by behavioural, cognitive and emotional therapies (BCT), a set of techniques used to work on behaviours, thoughts and emotions associated with the difficulties encountered. However, he favours an eclectic approach integrating different approaches in order to adapt his knowledge and practice to the singularity of each patient.
