I studied clinical psychology in Lausanne and specialized in constructivist cognitive psychotherapy in Como. My experiences are built in neuropsychology, school psychology, in sports psychology as well as perinatal psychology. I am trained in the use of certain playful methods in therapy such as Dixit and I am also trained at the California NARM Training Institute in the relational model Neuro-Affective to deal with complex trauma. Together, we will walk the paths that lead to a better understanding of ourselves to overcome deep trauma, and build resilience. Paths where traditional psychotherapy is combined with body-mind approaches in a relational practice context. Paths where play becomes a powerful communication tool and therapy, in its seriousness, becomes playful.
