Deborah is a psychotherapy trainee with the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP) as well as a professional improvisational theater performer. She completed all of her psychology studies at the University of Geneva and is currently pursuing a Master of Advanced Studies in Person-Centered Psychotherapy. The foundations of this therapeutic approach are empathy, congruence, and unconditional positive regard and acceptance. Deborah also worked for 1 year caring for children with ASD, allowing her to acquire strong knowledge about autism and the ability to recognize and manage children’s needs. Today, she hopes to support people facing challenges in their daily lives by exploring their emotions, thoughts, and experiences. Her knowledge of improvisational theater and Person-Centered psychotherapy provides Deborah with a diverse range of tools to explore to find what works best for each individual.
