French, originally from Champagne-Ardenne, I studied Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Reims. I then worked for 25 years between Paris and Lisbon in the pharmaceutical and then banking sector. Arriving in Geneva in 2017 with my family, I was lucky enough to be able to resume studies in a field that has always fascinated me, Nutrition, firmly convinced that food is one of the pillars of our good health. Nutritionist with a degree in Western Complementary Medicine (Nutrition MCO), I am completing my training in Micronutrition and Functional Nutrition. Aware that the vitality of our body depends on a multitude of individual variables, I offer comprehensive care whose objective is to maintain or restore the precious balance of our health capital. I have been training in parallel since 2020 in Caycedian Sophrology with the aim of highlighting the gut-brain axis, the importance of which is scientifically recognized today. In my various works and research, I strive to understand the impact of this infinitely small world that is our microbiota on our state of physical and mental health. I am also passionate about sports and cooking. These passions are easily integrated into my therapeutic practice through tasty, colorful, healthy and quick recipes, thus combining pleasure and health. This therapeutic orientation naturally led me to join the ALMAVAL team, thus allowing me to accompany my patients in a caring space where they can walk with confidence.
