Active for nearly a decade, Lise’s professional life began in research at the University of Lausanne, then at the Curabilis correctional facility with an inmate-patient population. She then turned to psychotherapy, first in the canton of Neuchâtel and currently in the canton of Vaud on the Lake Geneva coast.

Lise’s therapeutic approach puts the client at the center of therapy. The focus is not the client’s problems, but the client themselves. She favors using the word client because she sees the therapeutic relationship as horizontal. Lise is convinced that every person, regardless of their history, origins, education, etc., has the internal resources necessary for their personal development. Her work thus involves providing the conditions for the person to become aware of and activate their resources.

In summary, Lise’s practice aims to encourage her clients to flourish, develop, feel better, mature, take responsibility, and cope with life in a more adapted way. In practice, she offers therapy sessions to adults and young adults based on Person-Centered Therapy (PCT). She also uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) tools.
