Graduated from the University of Lausanne, I am developing my identity as a psychotherapist by training in Person-Centered Approach. I have a particular interest in mindfulness and its various tools that can be experienced to reconnect with oneself, one’s resources, desires, and goals. The role of emotions is at the heart of my practice; identifying them, understanding them, and taming them are a true motivation for me in the therapeutic journey. I am deeply convinced that they help us regain a mind-body balance, a balance that is sometimes disrupted by wounds and suffering. Firmly believing in the richness of each approach, I incorporate elements of cognitive and behavioral therapy into my practice, which resonate with me in particular. I had the opportunity to gain my first clinical experiences working with a population where addictions were at the forefront, so I am familiar with this issue, whether it takes the form of substances or is more behavioral.
