Psychologist in psychotherapy training FSP

Psychologist FSP graduated from the University of Lausanne with a specialization in children and adolescents, I am currently continuing my training to obtain the title of psychoanalytical orientation psychotherapist. At the same time, I have been working as an equitherapist (therapy with the horse) for many years. This activity allowed me to be the systematic witness of the benefits of nature, animals and sport in the therapeutic process. Deeply convinced that the connection to nature contributes to significantly accelerating in the patient the resumption of control of his own life and the anchoring of his progress in the long term, I try to integrate it into my daily work. I carry out follow-ups for children, adolescents and adults in the psychodynamic approach, in French and English. From an integrative perspective, I also add some knowledge from the solution-focused approach (ACS). I am committed to offering my patients active, benevolent and empathetic listening to their experiences in order to support them in highlighting and activating their own resources in the face of their difficulties. I also offer psychological assessments (cognitive and affective) for children and adolescents.
