Sara’s personal and professional journey has led her to question human relationships, particularly familial ones, and how these can be sources of difficult experiences as well as of repetitive relational patterns in friendships, romantic relationships, and professional interactions. On the other hand, she recognizes how these experiences can also provide a deep understanding of oneself and personal growth. A graduate of the University of Lausanne in psychopathological and clinical psychology, followed by training in coaching, she is currently developing her identity as a psychotherapist by training in a MAS in Systemic therapy. Sara is particularly attentive to creating a space of kind and authentic listening, allowing each individual to gently and at their own pace discover various parts of themselves. Her goal is to facilitate the integration of different levels of experience (psychological, emotional, and somatic) and to support the inner dialogue necessary for caring for one’s vulnerable parts. Exploring, giving space, welcoming, and enabling the expression of emotions are at the heart of her psychotherapeutic practice, which encompasses understanding and deconstructing familial patterns. Creatively inclined and placing great importance on the messages conveyed by the body, she also includes creative and psycho-corporeal tools in her practice, which allow for expression beyond words. Her professional experiences have specialized her in the management of mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, post-traumatic stress disorders, attention deficit disorders with or without hyperactivity, autism spectrum disorders, and more broadly, in life transitions. Sara has also worked in professional development, making her particularly attentive to employment-related difficulties. She works with young adults and adults, and offers sessions in French.
