Psychologist in psychotherapy training FSP

My personal journey has led me to deep reflection on human diversity and life paths. Aware of the privilege of having encountered people who supported me, I have come to understand the importance of the helping relationship. I firmly believe in the profound need for everyone to encounter individuals who enable them to progress and evolve throughout their existence. Driven by this conviction, I have pursued training in health psychology and clinical psychology, where I have gained awareness of the significance of the physical and psychological well-being of each person. My journey has led me to question the management of pain, among other things. In therapy, I employ various methods to approach it from different perspectives. Over time, I have acquired diverse experiences in the educational field working with individuals with mental disabilities, as well as in social and clinical psychology with individuals affected by physical and psychological disorders. These experiences have fueled my desire to expand my skills and pursue training in systemic therapy. As a result, I have been working as a psychotherapist in individual, couples, and family therapy since 2018. These different settings greatly enrich and diversify my practice. The systemic approach focuses on the individual in relation to their history, culture, and family. This approach strikes me as particularly intriguing for understanding a person’s significant connections with their social circle and environment. However, the complexity of human beings necessitates remaining open to all approaches that can be helpful. Therapy is the story of a meeting that allows for the expression of lived experiences and emotions within a reassuring framework. The uniqueness of each individual’s journey makes therapy a distinctive process. It is essential for therapy to highlight each person’s resources.
